Smaug - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Springfield, Oregon

Meet the vivacious SMAUG! Smaug is a tabby female kitten with dramatic dark stripes. She is an adventurous, intelligent kitty who loves to play hard, and is the first to seek human interaction. She's very curious, brave, and adventurous, and she thoroughly enjoys pouncing on her siblings EUSTACE and QUETZY. Once she has decided she's played out, she'll find a lap to settle on and be pampered with affectionate pets and attention. Smaug's mother was a neighborhood cat who gave birth on a back deck and stowed Smaug and her two siblings under a blanket. Mama and kittens stayed together until the kittens were weaned, and the siblings are being fostered with each other until they find forever homes. Smaug started seeking out attention on her terms at around four months old, and she will immediately start purring if she wants attention. She will also be the first to remind you that it's time for her meal. Sudden movement or sound can startle Smaug, but she has a fast recovery time. Smaug will thrive in a multi cat or animal home. She adapts to her environment quickly, and she loves seeking out new things. Smaug will be an incredible addition to any family looking for a playful and curious family cat. She would love to go home with one of her siblings.

Smaug has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.
