SCOTTY makes a great impression, with his formal black and white tuxedo markings. A domestic short hair, he has the charm to match his looks, with a penchant for playtime and an extroverted and affectionate personality. As with most cats, Scotty will take some time to adjust to a new situation, but in a loving foster home, he has blossomed and his outgoing and sweet nature is apparent. He will soon be showing off his cuddling skills and will reward your attention with a loud and steady purr. He loves to play and enjoys interacting with his human and his toys. He especially likes chasing the red laser dot across the floor and batting at his wand toys. Scotty is quite a talker and loves to sit at the window and chatter at the birds and squirrels. Curious and intelligent, he is interested in the great outdoors, but shows no interest in escaping or bolting outside as soon as the door opens. Scotty is truly a joy to come home to - he is often positioned at the door, eagerly awaiting your arrival. He will make a wonderful addition to your life.
SCOTTY has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and is negative for FeLV and FIV. His adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet Scotty in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $100 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
