While we're unsure how he'll do with other cats, he did have some challenges with another free-roaming cat before coming to us. Since both cats were intact at the time and the female had kittens, it's difficult to know if that situation truly reflects Ziggy's personality. For now, we think he'd be happiest as your one and only cat, with any future feline introductions made slowly and thoughtfully. A cat-respectful dog may be a good fit.
