Misty - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Springfield, Massachusetts

Misty is a sweet and affectionate girl who was removed from a hoarding situation. In spite of the neglect she experienced early on, Misty was affectionate and friendly right away. We discovered that she was pregnant when she went to the vet after intake and she was placed in a foster home where she had a litter of three beautiful babies. Her kittens have been adopted and she is looking for a home of her own where she will be loved and cherished, especially since she did not receive that in her first year of life. She was in a foster home with young children and was great with them. She is also great with the other cats in her current foster home and has lived with many cats in the past. she has not been around dogs but would probably be okay with a calm, cat-savvy dog, with a proper introduction. She is a beautiful, affectionate, friendly girl who deserves a loving permanent home.
