Sangamon County Animal Control & Adoption Center is currently overflowing with cats & kittens waiting for their forever homes. Please consider adopting a kitty (or two!). Everyone goes home spayed/neutered, vaccinated appropriate to age, and microchipped, for just $35 each!

When you come by to see us, you're definitely going to want to meet Squeaky! This affectionate torbie beauty arrived as an unchipped stray September 4 and is believed to be about a year old. Squeaky is incredibly lovely and extremely sweet - an irresistible combination! She is nonreactive to cats in surrounding cages, but please follow a slow and patient introduction plan. Squeaky is negative for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV).
