I would love to be adopted with my sister Jodi. We are currently testing positive for FIV, but this might be because of our mom's antibodies she passed to us at birth, not because we truly have FIV. You can test us again after we are 6 months old to obtain a more accurate lab result. Even if we do really have FIV, it is a manageable diagnosis that can still allow us to live a long, happy life. Another piece of good news is that FIV is not as easily communicable among cats as once believed. We cannot spread the disease to healthy cats by sharing food and water bowls or litter boxes, or by grooming one another. Please ask your veterinarian for more information. They will tell you that FIV positive cats are POSITIVELY ADOPTABLE!

The best advice regarding adopting a kitten is ALWAYS GET TWO! Adopting two kittens provides double the joy for you and provides two fur babies with a lifelong playmate and snuggle buddy, which greatly reduces anxiety and boredom. It is sincerely a win-win-win!!!
