Bruiser - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Springfield, Illinois

Meet Bruiser!
Bruiser is a 5-year-old grey tabby with striking good looks and beautifully defined features that make him an instant head-turner. This handsome boy previously came from a bustling home with children, so he is well-acquainted with family life-but the sudden transition to a new environment has been a massive hurdle for his sensitive soul.

Right now, Bruiser is still working hard to process his new surroundings. He feels a bit unsure of the world and isn't quite ready for direct pets or close attention just yet. Instead of high energy, what this proud guy really needs is a quiet sanctuary, along with plenty of time, deep patience, and an understanding heart to help him slowly rebuild his confidence and let his guard down.

With a compassionate person who is perfectly content letting him settle in at his own pace, Bruiser has all the potential to truly blossom again. He is a beautiful project of love waiting for the right teammate to make him feel secure.

Come spend some quiet time with this handsome fellow at The Cats' Pyjamas Cat Cafe, located at 524 E. Capitol Ave. in Springfield.
