He has an ear tip and is very very smart and social. He likely has a caretaker that is missing him. When you see a cat outdoors with an ear tip and looks healthy, like Travolta, please leave them be. He is a large, healthy boy that will do well w/ any family. He desperately needs out of his cage and is trying to tell us he doesn't belong here.
