Hi, I'm Kayla-a grey tuxedo girl with a soft coat and a big heart. I came here with another cat named Janie when our person had to make a really hard decision because of landlord issues.

I *love* people. Seriously-if you sit down, I will find my way into your lap or right next to you. I'll nudge your hand until you remember that I deserve pets (lots of them). Being close to someone makes me feel safe and happy.

Oh! And if you have a laser toy... we're going to be best friends immediately. I will chase that little red dot like it's my life's mission-zooming, pouncing, sliding... it's kind of my specialty.

I've lived with other cats and kids before, and I did really well-I'm pretty easygoing and happy to share my space.

I may have had a big change in my life, but I haven't lost my sweetness or my love for affection and play. I'm just waiting for someone to give me a cozy spot, some love, and maybe a laser pointer or two.
