Sips - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption

Meet Sips, a beautiful little miracle kitten with a truly extraordinary rescue story! Sips and her siblings were rescued as tiny nuggets from a horrific hoarding situation, but Sips faced an extra challenge: she was born with deformed back legs. Refusing to give up, the head of our rescue tried a brilliantly unconventional idea—she braced the tiny kitten's legs using drinking straws (which is how Sips got her adorable name!).

Miraculously, as Sips grew, her legs completely straightened out. Today, she runs, jumps, and plays so perfectly that you would never guess she ever had an issue as a baby! Having fully thrived in her foster home, Sips is now back at the adoption center and officially ready to find her forever family. She is a sweet, resilient little fighter who will bring a whole lot of joy, inspiration, and love to any home.
