Grizz masquerades as a tough guy but he's really a snuggly softie that loves to play and chase. Grizz is a bit more reserved than his siblings but will snuggle up on your lap when he's done playing, and has tons of energy for chasing and wrestling. He loves to play with a fleece strip. Grizz needs a home that already has a young cat so he will have a playmate and companion.

Adoption Fees:
$100 for adults (12+ months)
$150 for kittens (under 12 months)

All cats adopted through Silverton Cat Rescue come spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, microchipped, treated for fleas and worms, and have received age-appropriate vaccines.

We are not first-come, first-served. Our goal is to match each kitty with the purrfect home.

Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run entirely by volunteers. All cats live in foster homes. Please be patient as we coordinate with fosters to arrange meet-and-greets.

Why Most of Our Kittens Are Adopted in Pairs

Kittens are highly social and thrive when they have a feline companion. A buddy helps them develop healthy play habits, confidence, and emotional well-being. Experts recommend adopting two kittens together, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have another young cat at home.

Surprisingly, two kittens are often half the work of onethey keep each other entertained, comforted, and well-socialized.
