Lalisa & Chai are under socialized young cats who were caught in live traps. Both cats will need a foster or adoptive home that understands this and has the appropriate expectations for them as a family member. Their home will need to work closely with our cat behaviorist to make sure they are getting *positive* socialization and progressing on their journey as companions. If they are let outside in any capacity, they are likely to not return due to their current level of interest in people, so we will prefer indoor-only homes that want to work with them and us to help them develop.
* Hesitant to be petted at first, but enjoys it
* More prone to hiding when approached or new people are present
* Can be briefly picked up and held
* Preference for a home that will take Lalisa too
* Provided items: XL Crate, furnishings and supplies, all to help make the transfer to new home easier and have some familiarity
* Full behavioral support from a certified cat behaviorist at no cost regardless of foster or adoptive home
