V as in Veritable! V is a beautiful young (born in late 2024) spayed female domestic short-haired kitty with a sleek, solid grey coat and a gentle soul. She resembles a Russian Blue cat. She was found wandering outside as a baby and was taken in by a kind rescuer. While she was kept safe, the busy household meant she didn’t always get the one-on-one attention every cat deserves. Now, V is ready for a fresh start in a home where she can truly blossom.

V is a shy girl who’s still learning to trust people, but she’s been making steady progress at the shelter. She’ll need a patient, understanding adopter who appreciates a cat’s independent nature and is willing to let her open up at her own pace. Once she feels safe, her wonderful personality begins to shine through.

She absolutely loves the company of other cats and would do wonderfully in a home with a feline friend to help boost her confidence. V enjoys playing with string toys and balls, scratching away on her favorite cat scratchers, and showing off her athletic side by jumping between wall-mounted perches.

One of her favorite pastimes is quietly sitting on a chair, watching the world go by—birds fluttering past and cars rolling along seem to fascinate her for hours.
