DESCRIPTION
Meet Knife, the female brown tabby. Knife arrived to the Shelter as a stray with her two siblings Spoon and Fork. These kittens are looking to be more than part of a place-setting in their next home – they are a whole party. All three kittens came in with an upper respiratory infection (kitty cold) but have been making progress under medical observation. Now that they are feeling better, they are enjoying playing with each other and socializing with staff and volunteers. Knife would do well in a variety of homes. Any resident animals should be introduced in a slow, thoughtful manner. To keep Knife (and our local wildlife) safe, she should be kept securely indoors. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
