DESCRIPTION
Meet Dingo, the handsome black cat. Dingo arrived to the Shelter after his previous guardian had a medical emergency and was unable to continue caring for Dingo. Dingo has lived in a home with another cat (his brother) whom he got along well with. He spent time with a neighbor’s medium sized dog and coexisted. He used his litterbox reliably in his previous home and was indoors only. A home with other animals may be a fit provided there is a slow, thoughtful introduction. Fun fact about Dingo – he can open doors and turn on faucets. He is fairly affectionate and loves getting chin scratches. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them
