Andrew is a sweet boy that is a little shy when you first meet him. With a little patience, Andrew comes out of his shell. He'd love an owner that will let him come out of his shell and show him everything will be ok. He weighs 9 pounds, is up to date on shots, and is already neutered, so he can go to his forever home the same day he is adopted.
