Meet Lucy! This adorable girl is an absolute angel. She is a social butterfly who loves people, attention, and being right in the middle of whatever is going on.
Lucy is definitely not shy about letting you know when she’s ready for some love! She’ll happily demand her pets and scratches and soak up every bit of affection you’re willing to give. And if you really want to win her heart? Break out the Churus! This girl LOVES her treats! Lucy also gets along wonderfully with other cats and even dogs, making her a great fit for a home with furry friends.
Our sweet girl does have a condition called ankyloblepharon, which means that the edges of her upper and lower eyelids are partially fused together. While she could have been born this way, we believe it is more likely the result of an infection she experienced before coming into our care. The good news is that we plan to have Lucy’s eyelid surgically corrected prior to adoption, and we’re making sure she receives everything she needs to be happy and healthy.
