When this little orange and white creamsicle first arrived at the shelter at just 6 weeks old, he was full of tiny hisses and fairly convinced that humans were bad news. But what a difference a couple of weeks of love makes! Now at 8 weeks old, he is leaving his "stranger danger" days behind and blossoming into a playful, affectionate kitten.
What He Loves:
Playtime: He has a high prey drive for fun! He goes crazy for toys with bells or absolutely anything that moves.
Snuggle Naps: Once he completely tires himself out, his favorite thing to do is pass out on a cozy blanket right on your lap.

Feline Friends: He adores other cats and would love to have a feline buddy in his new home.
What He's Still Learning:
He is soaking up all the pets and kisses he can get, but we are still eagerly waiting to hear his very first purr. We like to think he is saving that special milestone for the day he meets his forever family! While he hasn't been around dogs yet, he is young and adaptable enough that he will likely do just fine with a slow, proper introduction.

Because he is still building his confidence, sudden loud noises are a bit too scary for him and will send him looking for a good hiding spot. He would thrive in a patient, loving environment that will let him continue to come out of his shell at his own pace.
