DOMINO # 10135

DOMINO # 10135
Male, Adult, Neutered, Vaccinated, Dewormed, Microchipped
DOMINO is a striking fellow — tall, sturdy, and about 4 years old. He truly is admirable with his elegant black & white coat, his handsome round face, that adorable bubblegum- pink nose, and those stunning sparkling green eyes filled with tenderness and intelligence. Although he looks a bit unimpressed in photos, in person this feline “heartthrob” has irresistible charm and will undoubtedly win you over!
DOMINO was found wandering on the shelter grounds in the summer of 2024 — someone had cruelly abandoned him there. The poor boy was very timid and frightened, so a kind foster family agreed to take him in. They put in the effort to socialize him, and DOMINO blossomed into a wonderful feline companion — friendly with children, other cats, and even dogs. The foster family brought the sweetie back to the shelter in April 2026 so he could find a permanent home. He was adopted quickly, but unfortunately his new guardian is now leaving to work abroad and cannot take him along :(
Back at the shelter... for a second time, DOMINO is clearly not thrilled about this unfortunate turn of events :( This furry gentleman is currently kept in a cage because he is eating a special diet for the moment, following a recent bout of cystitis caused by stress. This condition is not permanent, but he will need a calm, peaceful environment in the future to ensure his long-term wellbeing.
In his previous home, we were told that DOMINO was not very active. He enjoys taking long naps by the windows, soaking up the warmth of the sun. Set up a cozy little bed near one and DOMINO will happily spend time watching the outdoors and observing birds for entertainment, as he is strictly an indoor kitty.
DOMINO is gentle and affectionate; this pleasant boy may seem slightly shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, you’ll discover a sociable feline who enjoys interacting with his humans — without constantly demanding attention. With his sweet, easygoing, well-balanced temperament, DOMINO welcomes your caresses and kisses with great pleasure, though he does not like being held in your arms. This charming sweetheart wiggles with happiness when you cuddle him. When you offer him treats, DOMINO savors them and slowly blinks to thank you.
DOMINO will thrive in a home with caring, kind-hearted people who are ready to interact with him regularly so he can fully enjoy your affection. He is a “versatile” and rather tolerant, peaceful chap who could live with older children, other cats, and dog companions who are used to felines. That said, this bi-colored treasure will need time to adjust to his new family (both the two-legged and four-legged members!). Gradual introductions are recommended to minimize stress and support a successful integration.
The endearing DOMINO truly has everything going for him and deserves a wonderful life with people who will offer him comfort, security, and deep love. This precious, loyal companion is always ready to bring you affection, reassurance, and gratitude — for many years to come.
