Meet Yuna!

Yuna came into rescue after being found outside in Minneapolis, pregnant and understandably very scared. At first, she wouldn't let her foster mom touch her. But with time, patience, and lots of love, Yuna has learned that people can be pretty great!

These days, she greets her foster mom at mealtime by rubbing against her legs, purring, and asking for pets and scratches. She still isn't a fan of being picked up and isn't a lap cat-at least not yet-but considering how far she's already come, who knows what time and trust might bring?

Yuna is still quite young and is beginning to show her playful side, recently discovering that wand toys can be a lot of fun. She also enjoys being around other cats and does wonderfully with them, so she would be happy to have a feline friend in her new home.

All of Yuna's kittens have found their families, and now it's finally her turn. She's looking for someone who understands that trust doesn't always happen overnight and is willing to give her the time and patience she needs. In return, you'll get to watch this sweet girl continue to blossom-and there's something pretty special about earning the trust of a cat like Yuna.
