Tortiellini - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Tortielini - "Squirrel Friend"

Don't let her size fool you-Tortielini packs a whole lot of personality and love into one tiny kitten. She's spunky, affectionate, confident, and wonderfully goofy. She'll greet her foster humans with a little meow, rub against them, and follow them around chatting until she gets the attention she requested.

Tortielini loves just about every kind of pet and cuddle and has the loudest purr of the bunch. She gets so excited about affection that she can hardly sit still, and if you stop too soon, she may meow or give you a little tap on the shoulder to remind you she's still there.

She's equally enthusiastic about playtime. Puff balls are a favorite, and she can frequently be spotted proudly carrying one around in her mouth. She's also the jumping QUEEN and loves launching herself after toys and romping around with her siblings.

Her foster family affectionately calls her "Squirrel Friend." Being the tiniest of the bunch, she has a habit of puffing up her tail while she plays and looking like a tiny squirrel. The nickname really stuck when they realized that whenever they ask, "What's up, Squirrel Friend?" Tortielini actually meows back.

Tortielini gets along wonderfully with everyone, but her relationship with Goosey Goo is extra special. They sleep together every night, groom each other, wrestle, and snuggle regularly. Tortielini helps her more cautious sister feel brave, while Goose provides comfort and confidence right back.

Tortielini would likely be happiest adopted with Goosey Goo. They don't necessarily need a very quiet household-just a family willing to give them some time to adjust and settle in together.
Tortielini in a nutshell: tiny body, enormous purr, jumping queen, puff-ball collector, attention enthusiast, Goosey Goo's best friend, and one very special little Squirrel Friend.
