Meet Otis!

This sweet boy arrived, unannounced, at a local property.

His rescuer has had him neutered but he's had no vaccines, as of now.

Here is what Otis' rescuer says about him:

"Otis is the sweetest old soul.... he's extremely friendly and welcomes with purrs any new friend that might pet him. In between playing he's always game for a long snuggle too. He would do very well in a house with dogs and kids. He does well with fellow cats when they learn to accept his instant love. He really is the sweetest little guy."____Please Note: We ask that an application be filled out before coming to the shelter. If pre approved, a meeting with the animal will be set up.
