Rose is a treasure. She's beautiful and very affectionate. She was a teenage mother and did a great job with her kittens. Rose loves other cats and is happiest when she's hanging out with my cats. She would do best with another cat who enjoys playing.
She would be VERY unhappy if she was by herself for long periods of time.
She has lived with two very ancient dogs, who are more like large sofa cushions with fur. She seemed very comfortable with them.
Rose hasn't been around kids, but would probably be fine in a home with older kids.
Her only fault is that she's a feline Houdini. She isn't a good car passenger and once successfully popped out of her crate and sat on my lap until I could safely get her back inside. She has tried to pop the screens on our windows and escape. I strongly suggest you put a tracking device on her.
She also likes to climb inside any open drawer and nap. She really likes the bottom tier of my cat tree because there's some over her head. This may explain her love of drawers. She would enjoy having her own cat tree.
She isn't a picky eater and prefers dry Purina kitten chow. Friskies cat treats are also a favorite.
