Toby - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Rochester, Minnesota

“Don’t worry, be happy.” That was sort of my mindset a few years ago when I was a kitten. Back then, I was known as Arthur. After I was found as a stray, I went to a foster home, and I was the cutest, friendliest kitten ever. I was adopted by a nice woman who called me Toby. She loved me a lot, but she passed away recently. Now I am 4 years old and am back at the shelter needing to find a new home. I am confused and frightened, so I need some time to adjust. The person who brought me here said that I am friendly with women, and I like being on their laps. I also like water and sinks! I have been around dogs. My person had me front-declawed, so my adopter will need to ensure that I am an indoor cat only, as I will have no way to protect myself outside. I will likely need some time to feel at home after I am adopted, but I’d love to be my happy-go-lucky self again and be your lovably, cuddly Toby boy.
