Popever - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Richmond, Virginia

Hi, my name is Popover. I am a 3-month-old, female Tuxedo kitten. I was rescued from a shelter along with my siblings and we were all named after pastries. I was also fostered along with another group of kittens named after capitals. All of us get along really well and can be adopted together. My siblings/foster siblings are Buckeye, Focaccia, Havana, Madrid, Astana, and Rome. I am a friendly and curious kitty. I’m active and playful, and need lots of attention. I like to lie on laps and play with jingly toys that make noise, as well as toys with strings. I like to watch TV, and will often try to “attack” whatever is on the screen. I like to be where the people are and I’m a “tree dweller” because I like to jump and climb. I will need a place high up to view my kingdom from above. But don’t worry, I will come to your level and sit on the couch with you when you are there, especially if you pet me! I love gentle cuddles. I’m good with children but have not been introduced to dogs yet. I am spayed, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, tested for FIV/FeLV (negative/negative), and have my microchip. If you are interested in making me a part of your family, please click on the following link to fill out an Adoption Application http://www.purringheartsva.org and a volunteer will reach out to you within 72 hours. I hope to hear from my forever family soon!
