Focaccia - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Richmond, Virginia

Hi, my name is Focaccia. I am a 3-month-old, female black kitten. I was rescued from a shelter along with my siblings and we were all named after pastries. I was also fostered along with another group of kittens named after capitals. All of us get along really well and can be adopted together. My siblings/foster siblings are Buckeye, Popover, Havana, Madrid, Astana, and Rome. I am a shy cat who is loving and wants to be a lap cat in a calm home. I’m very playful and love to chase laser pointers as well as toys on a string. I love to bathe in the sunlight coming through the window and chase my foster’s bearded dragon. I have a sweet meow that comes out when I want food or attention. I’m good with children who are calm and at least 6-8 years old, since younger kids tend to make a lot of scary noises for me. I would not be good in a home with a dog, but would love to be with another cat(s). I’m the kitty who wants to curl up with you on our bed at night and share all your quiet times. I am spayed, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, tested for FIV/FeLV (negative/negative), and have my microchip. If you are interested in making me a part of your family, please click on the following link to fill out an Adoption Application http://www.purringheartsva.org and a volunteer will reach out to you within 72 hours. I hope to hear from my forever family soon!
