Festus - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Richmond, Virginia

My name is Festus. I am a gorgeous short haired tuxedo. I am about one year old. I am a gentle watcher. Low key, quiet and shy describes me. Quick movements make me nervous and I might scamper away. But I will come back. I love to be petted and sit nearby to watch what you are doing. Looking out windows and sitting in catios are relaxing. Wands and lasers are nice to chase, when I feel like it. I am great with other cats. I know what dogs are (loud). I need a good home. Please help me find one!
