Hi, my name is Chocolate Habanero. I am a 3-month-old, male tabby kitten. My siblings and I were all named after types of peppers! I was found outside with my brothers and sisters when I was only about 6 weeks old, and I was absolutely terrified of people. At first, I wanted nothing to do with my foster mom - I would run away and hiss if she got too close. Over time, and lots of freeze-dried sardines later, I slowly learned that humans could be trusted. Now look at me! I seek out snuggles, follow my person around the house, sleep in bed, and love being around my trusted/familiar people. I’m playful, full of life, and always happy to be included. I guess this little Habanero just needed the right recipe for love! I get along well with other cats/kittens. I might not be a good fit for a family with dogs. I get a bit "nibbly" at times; so, I should only go to a home with older (12+) kids. I am neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, tested for FIV/FeLV (negative/negative), and have my microchip.
