Baxter - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Redmond, Oregon

What My BrightSide Pack Says About Me:
I am a sweet and shy boy who came to BrightSide from an unfortunate living situation alongside several other cats. When I arrived, I had a broken leg that had healed incorrectly and was causing me a great deal of pain. To give me the best quality of life possible, my veterinary team made the decision to amputate my leg. I may be missing a leg, but that certainly doesn’t mean I’m missing out on all the wonderful things life has to offer!

I am still getting to know the world around me and learning that I am safe and loved. I can be a little shy, so I’ll need someone who is willing to give me the patience and encouragement I need to come out of my shell. I may take some time to find my confidence, but I know that with the right person or family by my side, I can learn just how amazing life truly is. All I’m looking for is someone who will love me for who I am and give me the chance to show them what a special boy I can be!
