Jacob is a male brown domestic shorthair tabby who is approximately 1.5 years old.

Meet Jacob! With his stunning black/brown tabby colouring and bright, expressive personality, he's the kind of cat that immediately draws you in. He's still a young boy, full of playful energy and curiosity, and he brings a fun, lively presence wherever he goes.

Jacob absolutely LOVES treats, especially tube treats, once he knows they're around, he is fully committed and will happily devour them with enthusiasm. In true affectionate fashion, he also adores pets just as much, which sometimes leaves him hilariously torn between wanting snacks or scritches first. More often than not, he'll just nudge right into your hand asking for both at the same time.

He is very people-oriented and enjoys attention, often leaning in close to make sure he doesn't miss out on the good stuff. Jacob does have a playful, energetic side and enjoys exploring and getting into things he probably shouldn't, but he's just as content to settle down once he's had his fun.

Jacob can sometimes become a bit overwhelmed, especially in busier or more stimulating environments, so he would appreciate a home that understands when he needs a moment to himself to reset. Once he's had that little break, he's right back to his sweet, affectionate self.

When the excitement winds down, Jacob shows his softer side and enjoys relaxing in a cozy spot, often curling up and sleeping peacefully in his bed like the perfect little companion.

Jacob would do well in a home that can match his playful energy while also respecting his need for quiet moments, and that will enjoy his affectionate, chatty way of asking for love (and treats!).

He would likely do well with other cats and dogs with a proper, slow introduction.
