DESCRIPTION
LOCATED IN PUEBLO **Meet Fintan, a sleek little black and white kitten with bold markings and a bold spark already showing. He was the second of his siblings to leave the nest and start exploring, following closely behind his brother Phoenix and showing that same brave, curious spirit. Now at 7 weeks old, He loves attention and scritches and was even the first to approach our gentle standard poodle. Fintan is full of confidence and comes out quickly with his brothers to greet me when I enter the area always ready for attention and pets. He purrs when picked up, and was my first lapcat of the bunch. He loves to play and pounce and has a fondness for treats like freeze-dried chicken and Churus. If you’d like photos or have any questions, please reach out to maryalicia.verdecchia@gmail.com.** I am not currently at the shelter because I'm growing big and strong in a foster home! *Staff thinks I will be ready by mid May.* You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-302-8707; you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed per animal. Once I am old enough to go home, I will have to be adopted at the shelter without a visit. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. I want to be healthy for our new life together!
