Meet Willow and Kaylee!

Willow is an absolute sweetheart who believes that people make excellent furniture. If you're sitting or lying down, she'll happily snuggle up beside you, use your arm as a pillow, or stretch herself across you like you're her personal couch. She loves climbing onto your chest for little nose kisses and enjoys a gentle belly massage while she's standing up.

Mama Willow doesn't particularly enjoy being picked up, but she has been learning to trust it more and more. She's a wonderful example of a cat who blossoms when her boundaries are respected.

Kaylee is just as affectionate and wants to be wherever the action is-especially if Mama is getting attention without her! She'll follow you to the bathroom to make sure you don't forget about her, happily snuggle beside you, and request plenty of pets. She may even reward you with a few enthusiastic little love bites.

Like Mama, Kaylee doesn't enjoy being picked up, and when she's frightened, she can struggle to get away. For both girls, a home that understands and respects their cues around handling will be especially important. Giving them the choice to approach, cuddle, and interact on their own terms will help them continue building confidence and trust.

Willow and Kaylee have lived successfully with other cats and a dog. They have not lived with children, but they may do well with older children who understand that cats have boundaries and should not be picked up or handled when they're uncomfortable.

Most importantly, Willow and Kaylee must be adopted together. They are a deeply bonded pair, and their relationship is a huge part of who they are.
