Fable - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Portland, Oregon

Meet Fable!

Fable is a beautiful little black kitten, roughly 5 months old, with huge golden eyes, an adorable little bobtail, and a story all her own.

Fable sadly had to have most of her tail amputated after arriving to rescue with an injury, but she hasn’t let that keep her from being a perfectly wonderful kitten. If anything, her tiny tail just adds a little extra character to an already very special girl. She’s sweet, curious, and still very much a kitten—ready to explore, play, and find out what everyone around her is up to.

At just a few months old, Fable has already been through more than most kittens should have to, and now she’s ready for the easy part: finding a family of her very own. She’s spayed and ready to trade life in a kennel for sunny windows, cozy beds, toys, snacks, and someone who thinks her little bobtail is just as cute as we do.

Fable may be missing most of her tail, but she certainly isn’t missing anything that matters.
