Alexis (Lexi) - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Plant City, Florida

Meet Alexis (or “Lexi,” as her foster mom calls her!) Lexi is 6 years old and looking for her forever home. She would do best as the only cat, or possibly with another kitty who is very sweet and gentle like she is.

Lexi enjoys having a quiet space where she can retreat and relax, but she also loves having room to roam and explore. She loves to be brushed and loved on, and the minute you start giving her attention, the purrs begin.

Lexi was very nervous with people when she was surrendered to our shelter but she has become very comfortable with her foster mom and will even let her pick her up and hold her. Lexi just needs someone who will give her a little patience and time to feel safe. Once she does, she has so much love to give.

Our team is 100% volunteer based and many of our volunteers have full time jobs, so we appreciate your patience with us as we process your application.
