Pan is a kitten with an approximate date of birth of 02/23/2026, and if he were filling out a resume, his current occupation would simply be "professional athlete." This fearless little guy is the bravest and most energetic of his siblings, operating under the firm belief that every room is a racetrack and every cat tree is a mountain waiting to be conquered. If you start walking toward him, Pan's favorite game is to sprint to the opposite side of the room, then immediately race back again as if he's training for a marathon that only he knows about. When the zoomies strike-and they strike often-he approaches them with the dedication of an Olympic contender.
Despite having enough energy to power a small city, Pan is also incredibly affectionate. He enjoys being petted, doesn't mind being held, purrs readily when given attention, and will happily stop in the middle of an important play session to ask for some love. His preferred method of showing affection is delightfully unconventional: he likes to rub his face against yours, stick his nose directly into your nose, and occasionally reach out a paw toward your eyes. Not aggressively-just because personal space is more of a suggestion than a rule in Pan's world. He loves people of all ages, gets along well with men, women, and children, enjoys other cats and kittens, and generally ignores the dogs in his foster home.
While Pan enjoys toys, his absolute favorite playthings are his siblings. Wrestling, chasing, climbing, and generally causing joyful chaos with other cats are among his greatest passions. Because he is such a social, high-energy kitten, Pan is required to be adopted into a home with another kitten or young playful cat who can keep up with his adventures and help him burn off some of that endless enthusiasm. His only known enemy is the vacuum cleaner, which he considers a deeply suspicious invention. If you're looking for a kitten who is equal parts speed demon, comedian, climbing enthusiast, and cuddle bug, Pan is ready to race straight into your heart.

(PLEASE NOTE: Despite what PetFinder, AdoptAPet and other aggregation software systems state - the first step is to submit an application via the link above, NOT send a message through their platforms. Please also note that we are a foster based organization, so our animals could be located anywhere in the Chicagoland area. Thank you!)
