Wellie is the tiniest of his litter and has a sweet, quiet energy. He is social and affectionate but prefers to watch from just outside of the action until he has figured out what is going on and builds confidence. His outsized purr seems extra big coming from his petite frame, and when he is comfortable, he will come up and lean into pets and attention. Gentle and curious, Wellie especially loves calm adult cats who he can use as a guide for how to play and explore, especially if they are fluffy.
He has met small dogs but has not been interested in being near them, so we do not know how he feels about dogs in general.
Wellie was rescued as a 6 to 8-week-old kitten with his 4 siblings and has been raised indoors since that time.

Wellington is neutered, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

It is Project MEOW's policy that kittens are either adopted with another cat or kitten, or go to a new family that already has a cat or kitten for companionship.
