Neufchatel - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Neufchatel (Newfie) is an energetic and sweet boy! He always wants to be where the people are, and he prefers if you are constantly giving him attention, whether that is playing with him or giving him lots of pets. He is the ring leader of his siblings and was the first to figure out how to escape the foster pen to be where the people are! He's also a "talker" and will meow to let you know what he wants- usually to be petted or fed. His foster home has several adult cats who he has easily befriended, and this social boy would love to go to a home with either a kitten buddy or an older cat who is open to playing with him.
