Medical Notes:

4/24- Owner states cat seemed to foaming out of the mouth. Per KK on to triage and set up to be seen by a vet without vaccines. I gave an oral exam and cats tongue was very red/ sore with plenty of white like texture on its tongue. Per owner cat has not eaten. Wet food was offered and cat showed interest but did not eat.

4/25- 1. Lingual ulceration: r/o suspect secondary to URI
