Personality: Keefe needs a home with a patient adopter and needs a confident cat around. He is not a mean cat but he doesn't trust people, yet. We recently moved him from a foster home into a cat cafe to see if repeated exposure to strangers will help him gain confidence. They have several volunteers helping with shy kitties like Keefe. His foster did teach him how to beg for treats which involves him tapping your hand in order to get a reward. This has made working with him much easier. We think he would do best in a home with older children/no children and no dogs.

Background: Came from a tenant who was moving and it turned into a 21 cat intake. This included four nursing moms and 17 kittens of various ages. Keefe is part of Aimie Leigh's litter - named after The Righteous Gemstones. Keefe has two sisters and a brother that have already been adopted and also a brother and sister who are still waiting to be adopted (Amber and Kelvin).

Vetting done: neutered, rabies vaccine, full FVRCP series, combo test (neg), microchip, Rev+ and Pyrantel.
