Meet 1-year-old Shelaige, who is currently available for adoption at PetSmart in Oldsmar.

Shelaiges journey started when she was surrendered to Suncoast Animal League pregnant. She went straight into a loving foster home to prepare for her babies, and on April 21st, 2026, Shelaige gave birth to SIX healthy kittens! She was the absolute best momma to her litter, carefully nursing and tending to them until they were fully weaned. Even after her babies grew up, she still loved visiting and playing with them around the house!

Now that her momma duties are complete, Shelaige has been thriving as the official companion in her foster home's 13-year-old residents bedroom. She is exceptionally loving, playful, and affectionate—she even slept right in bed with her teenage roommate every single night! At just one year old, Shelaige is practically still a kitten herself, full of happy energy and ready for a fun, bright future.

Shelaige prefers to be the sole feline queen of her castle, so she would do best in a home without any other kitties, where she can soak up 100% of your love and attention. If you are looking for a devoted, playful, and cuddly young girl to join your family, Shelaige is ready to shower you with endless affection!
