River is a stunning Siamese boy with beautiful blue eyes and a story that makes it remarkable he is here today. As a tiny kitten, River was found on a busy highway beside his mama, who had tragically been struck and killed by a car. River had been hit as well, but somehow this lucky little survivor escaped with nothing more than a scratch.

After such a heartbreaking beginning, River was given the chance to grow up surrounded by love—and he certainly learned how to give that love back. He is incredibly personable and affectionate and has lived happily in a busy multi-cat household. River gets along wonderfully with other cats, absolutely loves dogs, and is fantastic with children. He is so comfortable with kids that they can even carry him around.

Sadly, a major change in his owner’s life means River now needs another new beginning.
