Meet Phoebe! This sweet 8-week-old girl isn't shy about letting you know when she wants attention, a snack, or simply wants to be included in the conversation. Like her brother Ralphie, Phoebe can be a little reserved when faced with new people or environments, but once she feels safe and comfortable, her playful side comes to life. She loves running and playing with her siblings and gains confidence from having feline friends around. Phoebe would do wonderfully in a home with another friendly cat or kitten, or even better, alongside one of her siblings. With a little patience and lots of love, this adorable chatterbox will blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion. After all, two cats are more fun than one! Adoption fee is $50 which includes a spay surgery vaccines while in foster care a microchip and first years rabies vaccination given at four months.
