Tabitha is the easiest one to spot because of her darker coat. When it comes to play time, she's especially fond of a wand toy and will continue leaping for the feathers even when you think she can't possibly have more energy. We often spot her carrying around a toy (especially her little fish and a pickle) or playing soccer with them. When she was younger, she startled every time we picked her up, but now she is the most likely to come for a cuddle or a nap in your lap. She has an amazing bristle tail if something spooks her.

These kittens were born to a very feral mama who has since been spayed and returned to her area. A knowledgeable rescuer spotted them and was able to do supplementary feeding for the tiniest one, giving her the name Thumbelina. Thankfully, all survived, benefitted from mama's attention, and were eventually brought into our rescue. They're extraordinarily sweet and fun, providing endless entertainment, and they would love to be adopted in pairs. Truly, you are missing out when you take just one kitten! They're quite dog savvy and did an excellent job when they had the chance to entertain a toddler and his 5-year-old sister. Their nursing habit is not obsessive, but I suspect it will continue at times if they're paired up. Their names come from the '90s animated movie where Thumbelina met Prince Cornelius, Queen Tabitha and King Colbert.
