He isn't motivated by treats when feeling nervous, but earn his trust and he'll happily enjoy a Churu treat right from your hand! He loves pets and affection, though he prefers to enjoy your company alongside you rather than being a lap cat or cuddler. Totoro is clever and curious, and has figured out how to open cabinets, so get ready to find him in a few creative, cozy spots! He enjoys his quiet "introvert time" during the day (often burrowed safely under the bed covers), but comes alive with energy in the mornings and evenings.

Totoro is looking for a patient, understanding home that will let him settle in at his own pace. Once he warms up, you'll have a loyal, fun-loving, and sweet companion!
