Basil - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Ocean Springs, Mississippi

Meet Basil!

Basil came into foster care with his two siblings as tiny bottle babies, and he was lovingly fed around the clock until he was big enough to successfully wean. His sister is already pending adoption, but his brother, Parsley, is still looking for his forever home, too!

Basil has been raised in a busy, loving foster home alongside plenty of other kittens, 3 adult cats, and 2 dogs weighing around 30 lbs. He’s also spent time around a 3-year-old and a 6-year-old, and has done wonderfully with both!

This handsome little guy is the perfect combination of sweet, cuddly, and independent. He loves affection but is also perfectly content enjoying a little alone time. When he’s not busy playing with his foster siblings, you can usually find him batting around his favorite cat springs, climbing his cat tree, or finding the perfect spot to curl up for a nap. And if you happen to have Temptation treats? Well, you might just become his new favorite person!

Basil is scheduled to be neutered on October 16th, but we are already accepting early adoption applications!

Could this sweet boy be the missing piece to your family?
