Meet Penny, a beautiful 6-month-old snow-white girl who adds a touch of grace to the kitten zoomies! While her brothers might rush headfirst into every situation, Penny is our clever little observer. She likes to take a second to "scout out" the best toy or the perfect pounce spot before making her move. Once she's assessed the situation, her social and playful side shines through completely. She is a bright, independent spirit who loves to be part of the action, but she also appreciates a good vantage point where she can watch the world go by. Because she is at such a busy, curious age, Penny needs plenty of playtime and mental stimulation to keep her happy. To help her stay well-adjusted, we highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs. Having a sibling or a kitten friend provides Penny with a constant playmate to burn off energy and a companion to snuggle with when she's done "observing." It's the best way to ensure she grows up into a confident, balanced adult cat. If Penny is going to be your only pet, she'll need a home where someone is around most of the day to keep her engaged and prevent her from getting lonely. She would be a lovely addition to a family with children over the age of 5 who can respect her smart, independent nature, and she'd likely do well with a calm, cat-friendly dog. She is looking for a home with a resident cat who is ready for a playmate, as her youthful energy would be a bit overwhelming for a senior kitty. If you're looking for a kitten who is as smart as she is pretty, Penny is waiting to see if you're the perfect match! Penny's adoption fee is $250.
