Julius - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in North Saint Paul, Minnesota

Meet Julius (named after former Timberwolves powerhouse Julius Randle!), a handsome 4-month-old grey tabby with striking dark stripes and a fearless, playful personality. Julius is all action--give him a ball or a play tunnel, and he will happily entertain himself for hours! But despite his high-energy, brave spirit, he is a complete sweetheart. He loves cozying up in laps and will willingly climb right up onto your shoulders to perch like a little parrot given the opportunity. Growing up alongside a feline companion is essential for a young kitten's social and behavioral development. Having another cat in the home helps teach vital skills like bite inhibition and boundary-setting while giving them a healthy outlet for their energetic wrestling matches, preventing issues like play aggression or separation anxiety. Because of this, Julius must be adopted into a home with an existing friendly, social cat looking for a playmate, or adopted together with one of his shelter buddies! Julius is expected to do great in a home with gentle children ages 5 and up, and while he hasn't been exposed to dogs yet, his fearless nature means he should adapt well to a cat-friendly pup after a slow, proper introduction. His adoption fee is $250.
