She currently resides with Shad and Sturgeon and the three of them were rescued from the same neighborhood outdoor colony or school of hard knocks. They are enjoying domestic lives!

Alewife is the boss – every lady sets her healthy boundaries -and the two boys respect her space and authority – we think she might be their aunt or older sister!

Alewife loves belly rubs, is fine with pedicures, enjoys to be brushed and enjoys a little bit of wand play before wanting to curl up nearby with a loud gracious purr. When her foster family sits down in her foster room she will show up quickly to purr, give head butts and jump up on our laps or find a perch to nudge and head butt.
