Lux - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in New York, New York

What my friends at ACC say about me:
Lux is at the front of the kennel, softly meowing and leaning against the kennel door to solicit attention as the assessor approaches. When the kennel door is opened, he leans forward to head bunt the assessor's hand, leaning into all petting with his tail held high. Lux is able to be easily picked up but squirms lightly when held. When placed back into the kennel, he remains at the front, continuing to allow and lean into all further petting and handling and remaining soft bodied and tolerant with extended petting, loudly purring throughout the interaction.

Lux interacts with the observer, solicits and appreciates attention, is easy to handle and enjoys all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for cat parents with either an average amount of cat experience or who demonstrate a basic understanding of typical cat behavior.
