Gato - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in New York, New York

A volunteer writes:
Handsome Gato was brought to the care center as his owner became unable to care for their pet.He was rather on the shy side when I first met him but his gentle and loving personality is starting to shine through. We have no information about Gato's former life as a pet but what we can see is a well mannered and quiet kitty who really loves petting(he head and neck bunts, stretches, closes his eyes with soft words...see his VIDEO), keeps orderly quarters, uses his litter box and is never in hiding. According to the veterinary team, Gato is an apparently healthy and well kept cat who still needs to be neutered(by us). He did very well on his behavior evaluation and would love to meet very soon his new owner or family. Magnificent and sweet Gato is waiting for you on E109th street!
